Reframe Systems, Lydian, AeroShield Materials, Eden GeoPower, florrent, REON Technology, Vertical Semiconductor, and Mantel Capture were awarded incentives through Massachusetts’ first-ever Climatetech Tax Incentives Program.
Diffraqtion and Elementium Materials were awarded NASA SBIR Phase I awards to advance their technologies.
rStream, Optigon, and alum RISE Robotics were awarded MassVentures START grants.
Harmony Desalting partnered with Greentown Houston alum Neuralix to integrate Neuralix's AI-powered predictive maintenance platform into Harmony's batch reverse osmosis desalination systems, giving operators real-time visibility into performance and early warning of downtime.
SolarMantle was selected for LACI’s Pilots at BAT program to bring its radiative cooling technology to a real-world deployment at the Brooklyn Army Terminal in New York City.

Go Make 2027: Advanced Carbon Materials

Our latest Greentown Go program with one of the world’s largest energy and chemicals companies is accepting applications through Oct. 9!

Advanced carbon materials sit at the center of modern industry—enabling lightweighting in transportation and aerospace, enhancing energy storage for renewables, and replacing energy-intensive traditional materials across sectors.

We’re looking for startups developing innovative carbon materials that unlock new capabilities through changes in material structure, novel processing chemistries, or the use of abundant, cost-advantaged feedstocks.

DEADLINE EXTENDED:
Carbon to Value Initiative Year 6

The Carbon to Value Initiative, a unique accelerator from Urban Future Lab at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, Greentown, and Fraunhofer USA, is seeking applications for Year 6 of its world-class carbontech program!

Selected startups will work closely with the Carbontech Leadership Council, an invite-only group of industry and government leaders dedicated to supporting commercialization and pathways to market.

The program is seeking startups at TRL 4-7 focused on:

Carbon conversion to value-added products
Carbon capture
Carbon sequestration and removal
